School of Management established in 1997 are dedicated to the everlasting memory of Late Thiru.Kalimudaliar and his son Late Thiru.P.K.Ramaswamy. The industrious wards followed the footsteps of their fore father and converted the lorry transport service into bus transport service, popularly known as D.R. Transport. Tmt. Rangathal, the mother was a powerful sourceof inspiration and promptedto form a trust which was found in 1992 by the name of Dhandapani Rural Charitable Trust.. This college is affiliated to Bharathiar University, Coimbatore and Approved by Government of Tamil Nadu. The M.B.A. & M.C.A. Courses are approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
